Backache Yoga

Backache Yoga is a 3 month course. Mild cases may take lesser time. We help with back pain due to sciatica, herniated disc, slip disc and pinched nerve. All round approach is given to help cure backache. We suggest applicable lifestyle changes to get rid of backache. The in-house class is mainly of asanas and pranayam.
